Vendors
All events with on-site catering and/or the serving of alcohol are required to use one of our preferred caterers. You may select from the list below:

Our caterers will help to design your perfect event by providing:
food (appetizers to full-plated dinners)
bar service (you can provide your own liquor, or they can provide it for you)
staffing (chefs, wait staff, bartenders)
equipment (glassware, dinnerware, flatware, linens)
setup and clean up
We will help you coordinate the rental of additional equipment such as tents, stages, or patio heaters if needed for your event. For flowers, décor, entertainment (band, DJ, photo booths), and photography, you may contract with your choice of vendors or provide your own.
Art of Imagination is our exclusive lighting designer. A basic lighting package is included for events held in the Courtyard after sunset. Art of Imagination can provide a variety of optional lighting and decor to enhance the ambiance of your event.

The following items are available for your use at no extra charge:
Fifteen 8' rectangular banquet tables
150 white folding chairs with padded seats
50 natural folding chairs with padded seats
Bar
15’ x 18’ dance floor in courtyard
Twelve 48" round dining tables
Six 30” highboys (all can be converted to cabaret tables)
Eight 6' rectangular banquet tables
12 silver Chiavari high chairs (bar stools with backs)
43 burgundy upholstered chairs (inside use only)
Podium
Bose 180 sound system (two available, required for all amplified music)
65” TV monitor with HDMI and ethernet cables (Coach House and Beidler Room only)
Parking
A 30-car parking lot, located three blocks west of Glessner House, may be rented for a fee of $150, and is available weekdays after 5:00pm and all day on weekends.
